Beware, Benji! It seems the hotel heiress has decided you’re a keeper! (For as long as you’re fashionable anyway).

The skinny stumpet has been quoted as saying that the Good Charlotte guitarist is “…the most loyal, honest, incredible person in the world. I just feel so blessed to have found him. He’s changed my life.”

Of course, this sudden declaration of love has nothing to do with her frienemy Nicole Richie’s forthcoming nuptuals with Joel. It would be so unlike Paris to try and upstage her friend…
