Consequences, the group comprised of a number of stella artists including Paul Weller, Beth Ditto and The Enemy, are hoping to break the world record for the highest number of downloads of a charity single in one day.
The record attempt is taking place today, and they need to shift 5,000 copies of the single to succeed.
All proceeds from the single will go to the charity, Crisis, which helps homeless people. Ambassador for Crisis, Pearl Lowe, commented: “Before everyone goes off for the bank holiday, we want them to think about giving something back and helping us to set this world record.”
